Yes, the boutique is open by appointment only. This means you receive an intimate one-to-one service in a private space without interruption. We do of course welcome walk-in customers who wish to browse the collections, but only if an appointment is not already underway.

First appointments last for 90 minutes with revisits lasting 60 minutes.

We welcome the bride plus 3 guests.

All our dresses are 100% British made in our West Sussex atelier.

Dresses are made in-house by Emma, along with her trusted team of skilled seamstresses when required.

Yes you can, all dresses are fully customisable.

Collection dresses start from £1,750 and fully bespoke dresses from £2,500

Occasionally we can assist with a short time frame with selected sample gowns, but we don’t have a ‘SALE’ rail. Please call ahead to discuss your requirements before booking an appointment.

10-12 months is perfect for starting your dress search.

All Emma Tindley dresses are made to measure by the team in the atelier so its very rare that additional alterations are required.

On occasions when the atelier is not at capacity we might be able to assist with external alterations to dresses purchased from other boutiques. Please contact the boutique to enquire about this service. During peak summer season, this service is not available.

Yes we do and only for our own clients. This service is chargeable.

Samples range from an 8 to a 14, but don’t worry if your size is outside of this range we have ways of getting things to fit you in order to give you a good idea of how a dress will look.

No we don’t, however, we work closely with a local dry cleaners and can recommend them to you.
